CAMILSTAL — SHIPPING POLICY 

Processing Time

All Camilstal U-Part Wigs are custom-made, with a production time of 10–15 business days.

Most units ship earlier, but this grace period protects against any unexpected delays.


Shipping Methods

UK Orders

All UK deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days.


International Orders (US, Canada, EU, Worldwide)

All international orders are shipped via UPS.

Delivery timeframe: 5–7 business days, depending on destination.


Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.


Shipping Disclaimer

Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail (UK) or UPS (International), Camilstal is not liable for:

Lost parcels

Stolen parcels

Delayed parcels

Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Missed delivered parcels

If any of these occur, customers must open a claim with the courier, as we cannot refund or replace an order after dispatch.


CAMILSTAL — RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Custom-Made Wigs (UK Consumer Law)

All Camilstal U-Part Wigs are bespoke, made-to-order units, customised specifically for you.

Under UK Consumer Rights Law, customised goods are exempt from standard returns.

Therefore:

❌ We do not accept refunds for:

Choosing the wrong length.

Choosing the wrong texture

Choosing the wrong colour 

Cutting the U-Part security band Altering, washing or wearing the unit

“Changed my mind”

Incorrect address entries


Exchange Requests (Case-by-Case)

We only consider exchanges in rare, approved cases, such as a manufacturing error.

To request an exchange:

You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your unit.

Messages after 72 hours cannot be accepted.

You must include:

Photos and/or videos

A clear explanation of the issue

We will review and confirm if your exchange request meets our policy.


Return Shipping Requirements

If your exchange is approved:

UK Customers Returning a Wig

You must return the unit using:

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed

Customer pays the return shipping cost

 You MUST provide a tracking number

We are not responsible for lost return parcels


International Customers Returning a Wig

You must return the unit using:

UPS (fully trackable)

Customer pays the return shipping cost

Tracking must be provided 

 If lost using any other courier, we cannot process the exchange

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the wig must be:

✔ Unworn

✔ Unwashed

✔ Free from makeup, tint, product, or odours

✔ Lace uncut (if applicable)

✔ U-Part band intact and uncut

✔ In original packaging with tag attached

If the unit does not meet these conditions, no exchange will be issued.


Processing Time

Once the return is received, it will be inspected within 5–10 business days.

If approved, your exchange will be processed.
